Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 August 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of FunnelForge A.I.(the “Service”), operated by ConvexFlow (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
FunnelForge A.I. turns a single offer into a complete lead-capturing funnel. From a brief you supply, it generates a landing page, a segmenting quiz, lead magnets, email sequences and ads; you edit them; and you publish the page to a public URL where visitors can opt in, complete the quiz, and receive a lead magnet by email.
You are the controller of the leads you collect. We hold them on your behalf as your processor, on the terms in our Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of these Terms.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract.
4. Purchases and credits
- The one-time purchase unlocks the Service and is seeded with 100 credits.
- Generating funnel assets consumes credits. Credits are a license to use the Service, not currency, and have no cash value.
- Where a generation fails in part, we refund the credits for the assets you did not receive.
- Additional credits may be bought via top-ups or plans. Pricing and grants are shown at purchase. Billing is handled by a third-party payment processor.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent access controls, rate limits, or credit metering.
- Do not resell or redistribute the Service itself.
6. Your published pages
You are responsible for the pages you publish: their content, the claims they make, the notice and consent shown to visitors, and compliance with the law wherever those visitors are. A published page is an immutable snapshot — editing a funnel does not change a page already live, and unpublishing is how you stop a page collecting leads.
Where you use the Service to send email to leads, you are the sender for the purposes of applicable email law (including CAN-SPAM and, where relevant, the ePrivacy rules), and you are responsible for having permission to contact them.
7. AI-generated content, and the claims it makes
Subject to these Terms, you own the outputs you generate. AI output may be inaccurate, may resemble other outputs, and is provided without warranty of originality, non-infringement, or fitness.
Read this part before you publish. The Service generates complete marketing pages, and the page structures it fills include testimonials, named quote attributions, statistics and result badges. The model writes plausible text into those slots from your brief. It does not know whether any of it is true, and neither do we. Published as written, a generated testimonial is a customer review you never received and a generated statistic is a performance claim you may not be able to substantiate. In many jurisdictions — including under the FTC Act and its endorsement rules in the United States, and consumer-protection law in the EU and UK — publishing either can be unlawful.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and substantiating every claim, testimonial, endorsement and figure on a page before you publish it, and for removing or replacing any you cannot support. We provide the editor that lets you do so. We are not responsible for claims you publish.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and prompts, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use it per these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-product or by email.
13. Data protection
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process leads on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum applies and forms part of these Terms. Our sub-processors are listed at /subprocessors.
14. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where ConvexFlow is established, and the courts of Brazil have jurisdiction. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, which continue to apply where the law says they must.
